Main Event Huntsville

We celebrated a birthday here. Food was good. Pizza crust was surprisingly light and yummy. Smash burger taco was also good. As for service when playing games, few employees were around. Maybe that's because it was a Tuesday. Last, spruce up dining area and improve customer service and this place would be awesome.

Lots to do here. Card loading process is easy and fast, and you can manage your account online. You can get toys out of the claw machines, but often the claw is too weak to even budge the larger stuffies. Food is convenient but pricey for the food. Service was friendly but eemed way understaffed.

"IMPRESSIVE!" On Saturday, June 28, I toured the Main Event, a multipurpose recreational facility in Huntsville, Alabama. It certainly seems like a VERY nice facility with a large variety of interesting choices of activities to entertain the entire family. I look forward to returning indulge in some of their many offerings. Impressive! G. Curtis Saturday June 28, 2025

Nancy is the absolute best server we have ever encountered before! She helped me and my wife from the moment we walked into the front door. She answered every question we had even told us about the best deals for food and game play! She met us with a warm smile and gave the best hospitality we could ever ask for being this is the very first time we walked through the doors! Thank you Nancy for being amazing we will definitely come back just because of you!! Give this amazing young lady a raise ! She definitely is the definition of customer service and what it should be!

We had a great time at Main Event. We went as a family and spent about an hour, sharing a $20 game swipe card. It's very affordable and you can choose the amount of game credits that's best for you at the kiosks when you come in the building. Be sure you keep your card for the next visit, as they will charge you for a new one each time. There are games for everyone: pac man, basketball, bowling, shooting, hockey, halo, star wars, and many classic and modern games. The only complaint is that there isn't many staff around if you have an issue, but we did lose credits in a machine (it was not working) and were able to talk to a manager who gave us free credits. It's definitely loud, but it's a fun atmosphere. If this bothers you, bring some noise cancelling earphones. There are bathrooms and seating areas, as well as a restaurant. I'd suggest going in the late morning or in the week to avoid the high traffic hours. When you're done playing games, you can exchange any tickets that you've won at the prize shop where they have a large variety of items to choose from. We had a great time, the kids had a blast, and it's an affordable and clean environment.

If you want the best service I highly suggest Nancy for your server! She is the definition of an amazing server. My family and I had her tonight at Main Event and she was nothing less than the bomb! She gave us recommendations for the smash burger tacos and let me tell you, best thing on the menu hands down. Juicy one of the managers is just the sweetest. We will definitely be back to see Nancy again and again thank you for the awesome night that you made sure we had from the time we sat at the bowling lanes until walking out of the building. She deserves a raise.

We had an 11th birthday party at Main Event this past Sunday. The gentleman that helped us, Donovan, was incredibly nice, very attentive and made our whole visit a seamless experience. We had cheese pizza that was surprisingly good! The only issue we had was that the party area was open to the floor with the games and music so it was very difficult to hear during food and presents.

Good price for the amount of “credits.” Our family of four got two cards worth $50 each and we played for about 2-3 hours. It was fun.
