If I could give zero stars I would. The food arrived looking like this and tasted absolutely disgusting. I phoned the restaurant to get argued with by the manager saying ‘I should come and pick it up if I want good quality’ I have never in my life had such a disappointing meal and the worst service. Shaking with anger after that phone call. Terrible. Please stay clear. Also this cost 54 pounds.

Ordered 2 miso soups & 1 chicken firecracker rice for collection. When we opened the order, there was no dumplings in the miso soup (as described on the menu) After informing the counter staff that there was no dumplings in the order, he said that “ there isn’t supposed to be” so we just asked for a refund for the soups. I understand miso soup itself does not come with dumplings, but the menu online specifys that it does. The counterstaff gave us the dumplings instead - all was okay (initially) Well, the dumplings were underwhelming and the miso soup didn’t contain spring onion - as mentioned. The firecracker rice was nice and fresh so there’s no fault there but maybe the menu should be updated to reflect what is actually available.

Absolutely awful experience. My friend and I ate here and both ended up with severe food poisoning shortly after. The quality of the sushi was questionable from the start, and unfortunately it proved to be unsafe as well. Food safety clearly isn’t a priority here. Definitely will not be coming back, and I’d strongly warn others to think twice before eating here.

I ordered from this place through Uber Eats today and was extremely disappointed with the quality of the food — it was so bad that Uber Eats reviewed my complaint and issued me a refund. Shockingly, instead of addressing the issue through Uber Eats like any professional business would, the store owner somehow obtained my personal phone number and called me directly to harass me about the refund. This was completely inappropriate, invasive, and unprofessional. I had to message a legal message to the owner to leave me alone from harassment No customer should ever be made to feel uncomfortable or harassed for using a platform’s refund process, especially when the food did not meet basic standards. If this is how they treat customers who raise legitimate complaints, I will never be ordering from here again — and I would strongly caution others to think twice.

I ordered from sake sushi and asian fusion for delivery, and I was genuinely impressed with the quality of the food. The fried sushi arrived perfectly crisp, with the fillings still warm and flavorful. It’s not easy to get fried sushi right for delivery, but they nailed it—crunchy outside, soft and savory inside. So good! The Katsu Chicken was just as impressive—crispy, juicy, and full of flavor. It held up really well during delivery and tasted just as good as if I had it at a restaurant. The rice and sauces that came with it were great complements too. Everything was well-packaged and arrived on time, still hot and fresh. If you’re craving high-quality Japanese food at home, I definitely recommend giving this place a try. I’ll be ordering again soon!

Placed an order in JustEat and waited 50 mins, then rang the restaurant to get an update and was told about another 20mins and while I was speaking hung up on me. Five mins later they cancelled the order saying they could not reach me on the phone. I rang them back and they said they are too busy to deliver to my postcode. We have ordered from this restaurant approx 15 times and spent a lot of money. They couldn't have refused the order or told me when I called but totally wasted my time. Their customer service is atrocious and they only want your business when it suits them. We will not be ordering from this business again.

Unfortunately it arrived about an hour later than expected. Despite us living not even 10 minutes away. No apology from the driver for the lateness, but polite quick hand over otherwise. No answer from them when we phoned for answers/updates. The soy sauce tubs had leaked over everything making it a messy unboxing. Sushi was fine but we couldn't eat the majority of the pickled ginger as it was put in the same container and beneath a layer of wasabi for some weird reason. We got two portions of crispy salmon skin rolls. For some reason they had different sauces covering them. This inconsistency perplexed us. Prawn crackers were mid but not the worst we've ever had. Overall not the worst sushi we've had in Belfast but with the time it took to arrive, the lack of communication and the food inconsistency; it was very disappointing, so unlikely to rush back to order again.

Wasn’t happy food came squashed. Sushi rice was falling apart. Maki was not even properly wrapped. Disappointed, had good hopes but sadly didn't deliver. Not worth it.
