We Visited Wagamama with our family last night in Victoria square. We throughly enjoyed our meals. I ordered duck filled dumplings with hoi sin sauce, some Korean fried chicken Bao buns and chicken Yuzu with noodles. My children enjoyed the presentation compilation of their meals which I will include a photo of. Our server, Sarah was an amazing host for our first time visit. She was very knowledgeable regarding the menu and helped us choose our meals. She also presented our meals to us with professionalism and politeness. Our family will be booking Wagamama again very soon.

Great food, great taste, the only criticism I have is the steak was a bit tough and not great quality, the pork belly was amazing and my Chefs recommended Pork Ramon was delicious, I also had a side of crispy fried chicken in a sweet hot sauce, my had boa buns with sticky chicken and chicken curry with sticky rice, all in all it was a very positive experience and would definitely be visiting again ⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had vouchers as it was a free trial, and FOH and BOH were doing practice, Service was better than some places I have been to, attentive but not overly. Great to see the chefs work together and deliver great food.

Always a favourite place of ours. Usually stick to the classic Katsu curry which I just can’t tear myself away from. Absolutely love the edamame beans for starters. Have always been too full to try dessert! Good portions sizes and value for money. Attentive staff and always plenty of staff about. I also love the communal seating arrangement. The seating wasn’t for my mother in law but you can’t please them all 😂

This was my first time there and will be my last. The man at the front door (from Bournemouth) was very friendly and helpful. He is clearly passionate about Wagamama. Unfortunately he was the only good thing about the experience. We were seated and after 20mins we went to a member of staff to try and order. Once we were able to order we were told the food comes whenever it's ready. My wife's main meal came first and then her starter (we were ok with this as we were pre-warned). My wife and I ordered the same starter but, unfortunately, mine never arrived. My wife finishes her meal and there was no sign of my food. I chased my food and was told the order had been put through. After being in the restaurant for just shy of an hour I cancelled my order as I had to get back to work. I appreciate this was a 'soft opening' but they are clearly not ready to open. Service is very poor, staff have no interest in their jobs and, again unfortunately, I cannot rate the food as it never arrived. Would advise everyone to avoid
