Ralphs

I've been to this Ralph's before in the past. It wasn't that great of an experience, but since then they've actually stepped up their game. I've noticed that a lot of their products are a lot fresher and they have pretty good prices when it comes to meat. They always have a pretty good special every week. Depending what you're in. The mood for the store was very clean. The products look fresh. The one thing I will add is that when I was in the meat department it did smell really bad like either rotting muscles or shrimp. Something in the seafood was a miss but aside from that it was a very good experience. Actually. My cashier that helped me out today was phenomenal. I didn't catch his name but he's an older gentleman with blonde, white hair and basically all I'm trying to say he was really awesome. He's very attentive. Asks how your day was very helpful overall. Thank you Ralph for creating a wonderful experience for me today

I would ignore posting reviews on stores but my experience necessitated some venting. I didn't know what's wrong with meat here, after touching some chicken packages my hands were left with a horrible nauseating smell. I used hand sanitizer a couple of times at the store which didn't help. Once I returned home my hand soap barely made the cut, only after i used Dawn could i get rid of the wretched stink...i still feel like i need to sanitize my hands🤢

One of the best Ralph's I've been in clean neat well stocked. Friendly service and decent prices

It's my neighborhood grocery store it's always clean, doesn't have strange smells like other stores sometimes do. Y'all have the items I like, except a salmon chip I love. But other than that, good shopping.

I love their late hours. The staff are mostly friendly but the night manager, Jeff, is a great guy. Very helpful and friendly.

Needed a specific item for a gift. I called to see if they had it. I was told that I would be on hold for about 5 minutes so he could physically check inventory. Whe he came back on the phone, he told me exactly how many were in stock and the exact location it was located in the store.
