I have just visited M&S Carrickfergus. I felt unwell and the staff could not have been more helpful. Michelle(Shelly) and Lou in particular. I was able to use their toilet facilities. Lou escorted me to the tills and Shelly put my shopping through for me , whilst I recovered. I was offered tea, juice and water. Shelly carried my shopping out to my car. A first class service , thank you so very much

A little spendier market with great dinner options, chocolates and of course regular staples as well as nice cocktail, wine and beer selection.

5/5

A small food store but a nice selection which would satisfy most customers. Staff have always been friendly and polite.

Wife likes M&S for the gluten free food specifically the tempura chicken. Good parking and friendly staff

I done some food shopping here on 14/5/25 and because of painful arthritis in my knees and pain that my partner suffers due to recent hip replacement surgery that makes it painful and difficult for us to walk we parked in one of the disabled parking spots as there was quite a few empty ones.we have not as yet applied for disabled badges but we thought that as we do suffer pain we could explain this if challenged and hopefully the person would understand.so when we went back to the vehicle we were ambshed by the M&S english female parking attendant who was extremely rude even though I tried explaining why we had parked there she didn't want to know and was very aggressive and rude in her attitude she was very condescending and had her voice raised in front of other customers I certainly wouldn't have expected this sort of behaviour from a marks and spencer employee towards m&S customers both in they're sixties that do suffer pain.
