The best fish and chips for miles around. Their battered fish is like tempura and the chips are of good quality potatoes. Together with their tasty home-made tartare sauce, and generous portions, it’s my go-to for a special dinner.

2 x medium cod and chips tonight absolutely fabulous, generous portion of chips. Came with a complimentary tub of home made tarter sauce the best I've tasted will be back again soon.

Really nice chips but the tiniest portion imaginable. £3.40 for hardly anything. Come on - most places give you more than one can eat. Appalling value for money.

Fish and chips are nicely done and freshly prepared and we enjoyed ours. Two big fish and a big chips are enough for two adults and two children. They kids meals with free drinks. And they do pickled eggs and gherkins, sausages and other usual chippy stuff. They charges 40p for a small pot of ketchup or mayonnaise. Free parking outside. Coop next door.

Been there twice before and the fish and chips was nice lots of fish but the 3rd time we went in there there was more batter than fish on both meals and very greasy we thought we found a nice fish and chips shop but was very disappointed and did not enjoy it the chips did not taste the same when you look forward to fish and chips and it’s like that

I cant eat very much chips but I bought a small chips from this shop and finished it all very nice chips just want tio say between loft fish and chips and you I cant compare who is better because I love loft is well and I've had many chips from them it's always the same so keep it up hope you can do the same all the time excellent love it

Absolutely spot on. Large cod and chips was top notch and ready in 5 minutes.
