Lucemi Consulting: Time Management Coach

Since setting up my own graphic design business I have struggled with a healthy-work life balance. I have been feeling overwhelmed by my workload and also suffered with confidence issues. I started working with Mark a few months ago and have made huge progress since. He has enabled me to clearly focus on my business goals and how to achieve them step-by-step. I now have a much clearer idea of where I want to go with my business, which has not just boosted my confidence and self-belief, but has changed and grown my mindset too. Mark has taught me simple and effective strategies to prioritise my workload and to occasionally be brave enough to say ‘no’. As a result, I can use my time more effectively for project and strategic work, and it has helped me to create valuable time for my family and myself. I appreciate Mark’s proactive yet casual approach and his probing questions to get to the bottom of issues and problems – it makes for very effective and fun business coaching. I am looking forward to my future work with Mark.

I've been meaning to write this testimonial for Mark for ages, as I can't stress enough how much he has helped me in the running and growing of my business over the past 6 months. Mark is fantastic to work with, so knowledgable and experienced...I walk away from our meetings feeling energised and motivated, which in my opinion is priceless, particularly when you run a business alone and find that the extra push of creativity and drive needed to move forward can sometimes be hard to find! If you want to be successful, and not plateau, then Mark is the guy to speak to! Thanks so much for all your hard work so far, and sorry for the delay in me writing this haha! Sophie
