Such friendly and helpfully staff, from the waitresses to the chefs. Especially when my wee man got himself locked in the toilets and the chef ran to help him. Heartfelt thanks and appreciation!! Not forgetting how utterly amazing the food is here!

Warm welcome, spotless restaurant with a genuine Italian feel. Menu suited all our party including gluten free. Food was great portions on beautiful plates/bowls and tasted absolutely delicious. Service friendly, genuine and attentive. Atmosphere chilled and great lighting. Toilets clean. Highly recommend. Try it. You'll not be disappointed.

Bad service Last Saturday I was at this restaurant to say goodbye to my brother-in-law who was leaving the country, and we were meeting up for dinner with a group of colleagues. We arrived and the waitress put glasses for everyone but not for my partner and me. Then, when she set our cutlery, she placed them on the table without napkins, which was very rude because she had placed their cutlery on a napkin for everyone except us. The ravioli they served me was very salty, and I left them there, as you may have noticed when they cleared the plates from the table. A truly bad experience.

If you're looking for a great pizza, your search is over (ours too after trying numerous places in Moira and Lurgan). The veggie dream pizza was AMAZING and super flavourful and the pizza bases are really delicious. The pizza didn't come precut so we had to pop back in as they said most people like to cut their own but we were parked just outside so was easy enough. Chips were lovely too but came unsalted. Staff were lovely as well and restaurant looks lovely inside. All round, highly, highly recommend this restaurant.

This was our 3rd time at Air and I have to say its gotten progressively worse each time. The first time we went in 2024 and everything was fine. 2nd time a few months ago, service was fine but food was just ok. Today for fathers day was a shambles, we waited 20 odd minutes before any order was even taken including a drink order, we then had our starter in front of us before we had our drinks. I had to ask for the drinks again. Then we waited a long time again for our starters to be taken away, I again had to tell waiting staff that we were finished and ready for mains. Mains arrived and we had no cutlery to eat with. Asked for another drink for my child and again it was forgotten about and I had to ask again. Food was bland and greasy, my child wouldnt even eat his pizza. We ended up leaving without dessert as by this point we'd been sat for almost 2 hours. Honestly the worst customer service weve had for a long time. Safe to say the 3rd time was not a charm.

We booked this place last minute as I forgot to book a table for date night. (OOPS). The atmosphere was lovely, as was the decor. The service was brilliant we weren't waiting long for anything from drinks to food. Food was really nice and well presented and the staff were extremely attentive. The only thing I would say I didn't like was the price of the food. I was holing to get a side included with the price of the dish which it sadly isn't. But I will definitely be back again.
