Browns Bluewater

What an amazing dinner for my wife's birthday. From the door we were welcomed very warm with wishes. As family of 4, We were seated in a nice corner booth. The scene was very chilled and intimate. Our waiter Nefy is a super star! From the start he was engaged with kids and he was cool with all our requests! Very attentive, very polite and his suggestions were great. We are not going to discuss the food... As the food is top notch!!! Everything came in timely manner and food was delicious( hard to impress a chef). Service is on another level in a good way! Food amazing! Not cheap but worth every penny. Will be back again!

We used to go burger & lobster every week in the Quays and I used to walk past this place. I got given a voucher for my birthday and went to the Bluewater site. I must say we were very surprised how fresh and amazing the food was. Steak was decent, crab on toast lovely and the fried squid also decent. Can 100% say this may be my new go to for a cheeky meal. If you want somewhere lovely. Not too expensive and nice and chilled atmosphere then defo go

Popped in last minute for a Sunday Roast and able to get a seat. Dominic, our server, was very friendly and attentive, making sure we had time to read the menu, taking our order and serving us, always with a smile. The food was high quality for the cost, and the portions were very generous. The non-alcoholic drinks options were great, and nice not to have the usual Diet Coke. On Sundays they have a live singer and pianist, which was also a nice touch. And as the restaurant is in the far corner of Bluewater, you feel far away from the shopping madness. Great visit.

I've been to Brown's a few times, but yet to leave a review. However, this time I had to. The food was excellent, monk fish curry, steak, scallops, pork belly, etc etc, lovely wine menu, sat in the sun outside as it was a hot day, and the only place there, i think, that u can sit outside.. Our visit was made EXTRA special by one of the team, Welcomed by "Domonic" the food, drink, special requests were all met with a courteous smile, a bit of fun banter and professionalism! He went above and beyond to help us, as I had special requests for my food. He certainly is an asset to Brown's. We r now making a special effort to go back in 4 weeks! Due to. I visit this branch quite often and came here for a solo birthday dinner, the atmosphere was wonderful, very bubbly and friendly staff. Dominic looked after me the whole evening, he was very sweet and accommodating, went above and beyond to make it a memorable birthday, a truly wonderful man. Will most definitely be my regular branch now! Can't wait to go back :)

My best friend in the whole wide world, Katie, treated me to lunch on Saturday the 27th of September and I should have written this review ages ago so my sincere apologies. We had the most amazing time at Browns! We were looked after so incredibly well by Marina, Dominika and Jess and this made our lunch even better. We had a couple of bottles of Champagne, which is always fabulous wherever you are with friends and great service! We started with the sharing platter, which was absolutely delicious and more than enough for us to eat. We then opted for the Fish Pie, which has got to be one of the best we’ve ever tasted! I would absolutely recommend Browns to everyone and we can’t wait to go back and experience the fabulous food and attention we did in September! Thank you all so very much! X ❤️🐾

Came here for brunch. Really nice food, and excellent service. Asked how we wanted out eggs cooked... this is nice because this is not always thought about. Our waiter Dominic was very thoughtful and polite, providing a professional and friendly service.

Have visited Browns at Bluewater a couple of times and always had excellent service. Staff are friendly and helpful, ready to adapt the menu to suit preferences. The atmosphere is very calm and conducive to conversation. Good range of menu items and afternoon tea, which comes with unlimited hot drinks.
