I haven’t been in this location for years. The last time I had gone previously I wasn’t very impressed. This time around I gave it another shot and had a crispy chicken sandwich. They are improving quite a bit. The chicken sandwich was absolutely delicious. I had a mango iced tea which was terrific. The waitress was very sweet.Sometimes some places deserve a second chance. I will come back with my family again.

Took a little longer than normal to be seated but once seated service was excellent food was good and the happy endings sundae was as good as always.

My Waitress was Kaitlyn V, and let me tell you, she is the sweetest person ever. I came in alone after skateboarding in the heat, and she checked in on me to make sure I was ok and make sure that everything was good. And the food was amazing. And the ice cream, is of course delicious. I would give way more than 5 stars if I could.

Each time I went with my family to order sundaes to go, they some how only mess up my order which for the most part has been chocolate chip cookie dough with hot fudge, rainbow sprinkles and a cherry. The most recent time, they gave me the wrong flavor of ice cream which was mint. In the past, they would put cookie dough pieces on top of the hot fudge neglecting that it was sprinkles and those times I would barely finish the sundae. I don't see how hard it is to make a sundae with simple flavor and toppings no matter what size the order is.

This is a traditional Friendly's. We were pleasantly surprised that it was still open. The dining room was full, which is a solid indicator of it's popularity. We ordered ice cream from the window. There was about 10 people in the small area to order. Another sign that this is a popular place. The attendant was very nice. Our order was filled very quickly and accurately. As expected the ice cream was excellent. I would definitely go there again.

I grew up and later lived in the very town where the Friendly's restaurant originated. I have always had such fond memories of eating there with family and friends. It just seems that over the years things have slowly gone downward. The food was good and our server was attentive. But the atmosphere was lackluster. It pains me to see this happening to a place that brought so many people so many great memories. 💔

Haven't been here since I was a kid, and now I have two of my own and it was our first time bringing them here. We had an amazing experience, our 3 year old daughter didn't want to leave and Alexandria is an incredible waitress. She was very friendly, attentive, quick, and great with the kiddos. It's a good feeling to know this is the same happy place I grew up going to and now my kids get to experience it too
