Travelodge Falkirk

Booked in here for a night. The room was spacious and comfortable and had a kettle for tea / coffee. They can learn from their rivals re bed size and comfort, but that's just my preference. The staff on arrival were friendly, polite and helpful. The big let down was water pressure when having a shower. The cold pressure would drop making the shower very hot for a few seconds, then cold. It was too hot to stand under and we could not get a happy medium.

I have a few complaints about your hotel.||||I have to start from the first. That means from reception I didn't see anyone at reception most of the time. Also, the one who had given keys didn't give me proper guidance and didn't have any customer service skills. Secondly, the noise from the motorway didn't let me sleep. In addition to that, the room was very warm and couldn't open the window because of the noise from the motorway. Finally, the cleanliness was very poor ,hairs on bed and toilet, dusty headboards, a hanging TV remote.||||I will not visit the property again

really enjoyed my stay at the Travelodge. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were always friendly and welcoming. It felt like a relaxing place to unwind after work, and I’d definitely stay there again.

Booked a family suite for a stop over before heading to the airport. Initially looked clean and well presented but on closer inspection the soap and body wash dispensers in the bathroom were broken so therefore not working. The pillows were stained. |The double bed was ridiculously firm - my daughter stated it would be more comfortable to sleep on the floor! |Only one plug socket and one usb socket working. Radiator but no Aircon. We did have a small fan but the heat in the room was unbearable and the window has an anti-suicide cable so only open a small amount. |For a family of four there were only two cups and the end of a roll of toilet paper. |The one member of staff we encountered was pleasant and helpful. |As a stop over it was adequate but I am pleased we only stayed one night.

Though this is a Travelodge, we paid over £400 for a three night stay, very basic but problems with the keycard on a couple of occasions, nobody on reception which was an issue when the card wouldn't work. No hand soap in the bathroom, shower went from cold to really hot while in use. ||||The single bed was really uncomfortable too.||||We've stayed in Travelodge's before without such issues, so all in all a bit of a dissapointing stay at this hotel, I don't think we'd stay there again next time we're in the area.

I stayed here at the beginning of August with my family for 4 nights whilst we explored the local area.|Now I am usually the other brand snob but my husband was working in the local area and his work only allow him to book Travelodge, |Staff were friendly enough but I wish they didn't smoke right outside the reception door as this came into our room when the window was open.|The bed was comfy, shower was great, can't complain really a little basic if you compare the other brand but it suited us just fine.|Plenty of parking and near to the places we wanted to visit.|Would I stay again, yes I would.

Although the room was clean, it was noisy. I had been put in the furthest away room possible. It smelt of weed. I could hear the road quite loudly. The whole area is not very nice. My room was due to a massive complaint last year, which I thought I was getting for free. I didn't and found it expensive. I should have had a free breakfast but didn't get that either. I will not use Travelodge ever again.

It was nice stay at this Travelodge . I arrived at this travelodge very late at night lad at reception was really helpful and make sure I get room on ground Floor. Room was also very clean
