IHOP

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Penny at IHOP, and she is hands down one of the best servers I’ve ever encountered! From the moment we sat down, she was warm, welcoming, and attentive without ever feeling rushed. She got every detail of our order 100% correct (which is rare these days!) and made sure our drinks stayed full and our food was perfect. Penny’s personality is truly a breath of fresh air she’s friendly, upbeat, and makes you feel like you’re a valued guest rather than just another table. Her customer service skills are top notch, and you can tell she genuinely cares about making sure her guests have the best possible experience. IHOP is lucky to have someone like Penny representing them. We’ll definitely be back, and we’ll be asking for her by name!

I’d like to start off by saying Jackie is an amazing server who goes above and beyond to make every dining experience enjoyable. I LOVE THIS IHOP! She greets us with a warm smile, pays close attention to our needs, and makes sure that every order is served just right. Her kindness and professionalism create a welcoming atmosphere that makes us want to return again and again. I especially love coming to IHOP because it’s always clean, fresh, and filled with a friendly vibe. The environment matches her positive energy, making it the perfect place for her to shine while providing great service.

I usually get my food to go, but I stayed in today and was impressed. Ms. Jackie, my waitress, was friendly, knowledgeable, and polite. The food was hot and very tasty.

thank you jackie for the amazing experience!. The food was amazing and the setting wasn’t loud it was easy to talk to my significant other. The food was 10/10! Nice and fresh everyone had smiles. Jackie is a great server! We tore the food up!

Our server Penny was phenomenal, great personality and food to order was out in under 12 minutes and everything was delicious! Taking these with us, couldn't finish the conning cinnamon bun crepes!!

Nikki was such a pleasure and very good server. The service was quick and we were greeted upon entering the restaurant. No wait time to be seated.

I've been coming in quite often, and each time, Maretta has continued to go above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable. From the moment I walk through the door, she greets me with genuine kindness and a warm, welcoming smile that instantly makes me feel at home. There’s always a funny story or lighthearted conversation waiting, which turns a simple meal into something I truly look forward to. What really stands out about Maretta is her consistency. No matter how busy the place is or what kind of day it might be, she remains attentive, upbeat, and incredibly professional. Her ability to anticipate my needs before I even have to ask is something I’ve rarely seen—she’s always one step ahead, making sure everything is just right. That level of care and attention is something special, and it definitely doesn’t go unnoticed. Maretta is a big part of why I keep coming back. She brings a personal touch that turns an ordinary visit into a memorable one. It’s always a pleasure to be served by her, and I genuinely enjoy the time I spend dining in because of the atmosphere she helps create. A great meal paired with her outstanding service and company makes every visit something to look forward to.
