5/5

Our business has been using VistaServ for over 4 years at both of our locations. Cam our sales person is very helpful and came by to explain our options and pricing. Angel visits once a month to ensure the machine is running properly and provide us with our chemicals. Larry and Morgan are always available to answer all my questions and provide the highest quality service. We definitely recommend VistaServ for all your restaurant needs.

They would be negative stars if possible. The leadership in this company is of low standards and has no integrity. They will reap what they have sown. If you are in the restaurant business or they are trying to get you to do work for them then I would run as fast as possible.

Terrible customer service. I’ve had to call over 5 times to fix a machine for the same problem. Machine still doesn’t work and they keep charging me. Then the guy on the phone has the audacity to say “well last year you only called 3 times to fix the problem” ummm seriously? After 2 times the problem should’ve definitely be fixed. I eventually just stopped calling cause it was like beating a dead horse. Id give no stars if possible. Stay away!

Great company. Excellent service in an emergency. Romeo is possibly the best ambassador for the company one could have. We are going on five years of service with VistaServ and have ZERO complaints about anything.

They mailed me a invoice says that I order 3 of their products that I never did. When I called they insisted that we ordered them. We are still not doing dine in yet. We barley use the dishwasher. WHY would we order the products when we are not using the dishwasher?

VistaServ sues their customers and strong arms them into doing business for life. They have developed a horrible reputation over the years.
