I don’t know her name but I went in Sunday and I understand it’s busy but coming from an Older women , red hair and talks Spanish was super rude sassy , worst experience won’t be going again having people like that in charge rather take my money some where else so sad always went but not no more

Worst place to shop, do not get your food from here. The food goes bad very fast and is very nasty. The people are not nice, Customer service is horrible. I went there one time and had the worst experience ever. I went to take my food back to exchange it because it had gone bad and they would not replace it. Don’t shop here. Publix is way better. The customer service is magnificent and if you have something bad, they have no problem returning go to Publix anywhere but here.

I remember when the owner use to give us fresh grapes,he grew.I got my first spanking for taking a candy bar in this store.We grew up in Gainesville and my mom loved this grocery store.The employees really enjoyed there jobs.His staff went out of there way to be Polite.The best meats in town,sweetest fruits in town.We would run into all of our neighbors and friends at J&J foods.Making this trip to the grocery store 3 hours ,if we was lucky enough not to see anyone else.Over the years you learn every one’s name and they remember you.Coming to j& j as a kid felt like home,it felt right.I live in Atlanta now and I can’t leave Gainesville,without going to J&J foods.All of the older people have passed away now,makes me sad.So many great memories of my childhood,Thank you J&J foods.Yall kept food Affordable and treated everyone of every Nationality with Respect.

The staff is very kind of this location. The pricing is out of control here. It is so much higher than any other store in the area. And I mean it's not even close. 2 l sodas would sell for a dollar at most grossly locations are $2.15. so I can prove my point I'll actually take pictures today when I visit the location of the prices that they have honestly these folks should be ashamed of themselves. They have such inflated prices I have left here twice I was so irritated at the discrepancy in pricing with other retail stores. Stay away but only because the prices are ridiculous. They have no excuse. There staff is nice, courteous and helpful. They get 5 stats and are the only reason the store did not get a 1. How they have a 4.1 overall score is insane to me

Called on 12/01/2024 to talk about the taxi drivers to get hung up on by Jennifer. This is a big problem for this grocery store rude manager's such as Jennifer and as well as the store manager.

I like to go here it's a cool old school market people are friendly and you can get ingredients to dishes you cook a great selection
