My favorite go-to place! I’ve tried almost everything on the veg menu, and it’s always delicious. Love the vibe and the App Soul Club it makes every visit even better. Highly recommend!

First of all, my food was great as always so was my two friends however one of them ordered the chili chicken which tasted uncooked and doughy I in fact tried it myself. Also my lemonade for the same price as my other friends drink only filled half a glass, they had whole? Finally the worst bit was the service we had to wait 30 min to get our food and another 40 min just to pay I had raised my hand and asked them for the bill but they completely ignored us just because we looked young. In fact we paid and was very respectful towards the staff. I will not be coming here again with my friends.

Late lunch today and wanted to try some different dishes. Everything arrived really quick which a was great. I purposely requested to sit somewhere quiet, as the front benches were quite packed. Opted for the Katsu salad (lots of chicken!), and the prawn crackers (tasty). Had the Cherry Blossom Lemonade (super tasty), and a small bottle of still water. Finished with the Toffee Apple Baonut (recommend you try this whilst it lasts). Towards the end, Josh gave me the sweetest little note which did indeed make me smile!

Made to perfection, Food came fast. Wanted a booth but it was busy so settled for a bench. Used the app to pay and was quick and smooth. The large positive juice was wow 🤩

The food was brilliant! Made ro perfection! The service was exceptional. I would really to thank Helga who was very kind and courteous. We also had a toddler dining with us and the team ensured he was kept comfortable and happy too. Overall, the service was excellent, the staff is very kind and welcoming.

Had the oyster mushroom pho with spicy chicken broth, SAVE YOURSELVES DO NOT HAVE IT, its sweet 😭, which is a complete abomination to all phos out there, and what is with the 4 shreds of bloody mushrooms? Is there a shortage? And there was more bean sprouts than noodles. Have to stress that NO WHERE in Vietnam serves anything that tastes like what they call a "pho" at wagamama, because that isn't pho. 🤦 Have they tried it?!?! I also had the Korean fried bao buns, there was just 2 shreds of chewy chicken in them 🤦. Food was rank, never going to wagamama again after that. Pho's ARE NOT SWEET!! I'll give them one star for positive drink smoothie. Extremely disappointed, I came there for a treat, wish I just stayed at home with a pot noodle. The price for that just makes it even worse, I had to have mac Donald's as i was still hungry after spending £15 on a bowl of sweet water and bean sprouts and 4 shreds of mushrooms with slithering of noodles. And I had a starter! Most overpriced meal I've ever had.

We waited 20minutes for someone to take our order as the many teenagers who “work” there just float about. We had to wave someone down as many just stared us in the eyes ignoring us. The glasses come extremely dirty as you can see in the photo, the previous customers food stains 🤮. Have some decency and have the glasses properly washed and dried before they are served. This is basic customer service which they seemed to lack.

Had an amazing meal at Wagamama in Bluewater, Dartford. The bang bang cauliflower was crispy and flavorful, the grilled chicken ramen hit the spot, and the tropical drink was super refreshing. Great food and great vibes!
