Absolutely appauled at my first experience at this cafe today. As a disabled person i was looking for a comfortable seat. The first booth i approched i was advised was reserved so i of course said no problem and sat at a regular table. A few minutes later another booth became avaikable with softer seating. Myself and my friend then moved to the booth. We were then approached by the same memeber of staff who very rudely told us that we were supposed to wait until they had cleared the table before moving seats! My response was oh.. are we? And she continued to tell me yes infact we should! How rude! I then got my coat and left to take my business elsewhere and will not be back! Would love to know when this "rule" came into effect 🤣🤣

Come here all the time. Staff are always lovely. Nice coffee. Food is great and good price. They do a create your own breakfast which is one of the reasons I always go as can pick what I like and dont like.

We love this wee cafe. Always go when we're in Hamilton for the day. The staff are lovely and so is the food. I recommend the chicken curry and he french toast.

Hit and miss. Had adequate breakfast rolls in the past but a bit light on filling. Today we went for ham & cheese toasties but the thinnest single slice of processed ham with also a thin layer of cheese. Most infuriating are the wobbly tables out the front - not good when using cutlery or trying to keep coffee in your cup.

Popped in for breakfast and was instantly greeted with a smile. The eggs benedict was lovely, especially the hollandaise, and you could tell everything was fresh. My partner really enjoyed her breakfast as well. The ladies who work there were all very friendly and spoke to a few customers on first name terms, so they must have plenty of regulars which is always a good sign. We will definitely be coming here from now on.
