Greggs

I don't frequent Greggs very often but out of the dozen or so that I have over the years this one is by far the best. A friendly service from the young man who served me this Tuesday. A bacon sandwich well cooked, unlike most Greggs were the bacon is virtually raw, and a coffee that you could taste the coffee!

Great delicious food from Greggs Hawick. Tasty Sausage Morning Roll and especially a delicious Sausage Roll! Great service too with great management over COVID-19.

Absolutely shocking service! 15 minute wait no movement in the que, 1 person on the till running around during breakfast period while the rest hide through the back! No help..... so looks like Costa will be getting my service from now on in hawick! The Hawick greggs let's all the other greggs down!

Very very poor as soon as we went in staff looked tried and no enthusiasm, I wanted walk out straight away, this was at 2pm and my husband asked for anything hot she said nothing and den you’ll only get hot food when the kids are in at lunchtime!! This is terrible why don’t use think of you’re customers I will not be back, staff need trained to smile and be polite

This Greg's is brilliant. Food is great and coffee too! The staff has always been friendly and helpful to not only myself but also my father too. They are quick to help and have always been nice and polite. Will be going back :)

My nephew wanted to go here for a sausage roll, but he got a steak bake instead, which exploded all over my car when he bit into it! He then struggled to eat it because it just kept falling apart, perhaps too hot and too much gravy!! However, I got the sausage roll, which i enjoyed, although a little greasy.

Always a hit or a miss, cold steak bake or roasting steak bake!! They also need to look at cleaning the tables and floors once in a while,especially the child seats!!!

Food was good and the staff were great but they need more people and space to serve at peak times. Come on Greggs- help your great team at Hawick out.
