Had lunch here and service was quick. Everything tasted fresh. The crunchy salmon sashimi taco was just amazing! Very interesting texture, fresh and clean-tasting salmon. I ordered the build-your-own bowl poke bowl and it was also good. Would definitely come back here the next time I’m here in Brighton.

What a place! lovely family run business. Great vibes and the food is truly unreal. Never had Shushi, hot or cold like it. My favourite is the Salmon Shashimi Nori Taco, its life changing. Give it a go, you will not be disappointed I promise.

Always is an absolutely amazing experience at Tropical Sushi! I recently tried their salmon poke bowl, and it was honestly one of the best I’ve had in Brighton. The fish was incredibly fresh, and the combination of flavours was spot on. The newly remodelled interior adds a modern, welcoming vibe that makes you want to stay and savour every bite. Their menu is a creative fusion of Latin American and Japanese influences, which you don’t see every day. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for unique flavours and a great atmosphere!

I am a journalist and recognised as a part of the Local Guides here on Google Reviews. I am very impressed with the customer service and food from this restaurant. We had a wonderful dinner at Tropical Sushi on a weekday, I extremely recommend this place. Lived in Brighton for many years and I believe this should be embraced by all visiting and living here. The food is amazing and every single dish is made with lots of care and tastes delicious! Very filling and healthy plates with a range of dietary requirements. I advise to look at the menu and book ahead of time, as it is a family business and everything is prepared fresh! I loved that they have an open kitchen, very honest and you can see exactly what is happening behind the dishes. The atmosphere is very lovely and cosy. We mentioned Brazilian background and heard Brazilian music on the playlist shortly after. Very attentive to their customers. A humble local family business worth investing into.

A really unique and delicious dining experience! Had crunchy seaweed tacos filled with teriyaki chicken, plus vegan/veg dumplings. Wow!!! So good. Will def be going back as nothing else compares. Friendly owner, happy to explain food fusion; and we ate inside in cute area with South American music.

My friend took me to this place and i was orginally skeptical as i can be quite a picky eater. When we went in it was quite quiet, the server was lovely and attentive. Our food came out quite quick and it just looked AMAZING. When i took the first bite i truly entered heaven i cannot reccommend this place enough if you are looking for a nice, quick place to eat. I got the tofu sushi taco and a can of coke, it came out to 11 quid and was so worth it. I also asked for a glass of ice and a lime slice which made it even better.
