What an absolute gem of a place - the food was unbelievably good, we tried the Kare Kare (both meats), lechon honey adobo and pancit. The nibbles were super inventive and tasty too. Great variety of kids meals too. The decor is so welcoming and aesthetic, lovely vibe and fun playlist… you almost forget you’re in Hull! We watched the sun set over dinner and it was the most magical experience, 10/10 would recommend ❤️

My friends and I came for an impromptu dinner a couple of weeks ago on a Friday, we booked last minute and got a fantastic table with a lovely view by the window. The staff were friendly and welcoming and incredibly tolerant as my friends and I made our way through several delicious, strong drinks. We ordered as much food as we possibly could and everything was unbelievable. I don’t know Filipino cuisine but all the dishes are fantastic and the staff all know them well and can recommend or suggest things too. The Kalabasa (with salmon) and Sizzling Sisig (crispy pork belly) were our particular favourites. I will definitely be back! The prices are very reasonable given how nice all of the food and drink is, and the fancy location really makes it a special visit.

What an amazing place to eat. The food is delicious and considering everything tastes freshly made I have waited at McDonalds longer for food to turn up then I did my starter. The main arrived shortly after and the whole thing was timed to perfection. We had 3 courses as a pair along with 2 non alcoholic drinks and with a tip the order came to £84 which was remarkable for the quality in food and service. The waitress we had ( a young women with long brown hair) was really genuine and adapted to my picky nature and made me feel like I wasn't the burden I was being. She was friendly and well trained and she added to what was an already lovely experience. The place is well decorated and the view from the windows is gorgeous. I have lived in this city for 38 years and I have never seen it like that before. It really is a sight to be seen. If you are unsure about this place I implore you to try it. I really don't think you would regret it

Whisper it quietly but Hull isn’t blessed with great restaurants. This one is pretty decent, not spectacularly so but the food is quite good, cocktails not bad and the setting is nice. It’s a good place to treat yourself.

My wife and I visted Sebu for the first time across lunchtime before a visit across to the theatre. A warm welcome from Nicola as we entered the restaurant was followed by quick service for a lovely bottle of wine. Amazing friendly service continued from Nicola and Kirsty. The food was amazing, starters and mains, followed by a few twisted cocktails sealed the show. To anyone reading this, get along to this place. We will certainly going back very soon.

Visited SEBU around 2 months back for dinner and I must say the food is really terrible and the chef’s a snob, let me break it down for you, started off with ordering Titos BBQ skewers in chicken for £ 9 got 2 small skewers with hardly 6 pieces of chicken on it the taste was pretty mid with bland flavours, got crispy pork belly, most of the pork was burnt to crisp and absolute charcoal 50% of the dish was burnt as it was served on a sizzler plate where the pork was already overcooked and burnt, the dish was floating on a lot of pork fat after having a few bites asked the waiter to get this back to the chef and have a chat about it, the chef replied saying that’s how it should be, like seriously? There’s a fine line between the pork being crispy and burnt to charcoal, went on to have Escabeche for £28, the salmon was overdone and was absolutely rubber , with that sauce being absolutely tangy and disgusting for a £28 dish the salmon was such a small portion not even 150 gm of meat , having worked in hospitality for over 2 years the general rule of thumb is to serve more than 150gm of meat for any dish over £15 and don’t change the guest for burnt food. We were absolutely disgusted to find out we were charged for the crispy pork belly which was absolutely un edible, get a grip on your work Chef.

This is such a lovely place to eat, the vibe is amazing and aesthetics are even better (love the hanging florals!) We were served by Nicola and Ella and they were lovely and so accommodating, the food was also fantastic the salmon was cooked to perfection. All in all a great night!
