I got a 'Year off Books' subscription for my grandchildren and they absolutely love getting their books each month. Nika and Rachel always manage to send them that perfect book! Xmas present for each of them sorted as they make sure I've renewed their subscription. Excellent value for money!!

Brilliant kids book shop with a limited more adult non fiction range. The kids range of book is extensive and brilliantly presented all ages up to teenage years. Staff are lovely and helpful. Prices are perfectly reasonable. Kids chairs to sit and check out books before purchase. Really quaint atmosphere which is lacking in a lot of bookshops these days.

Gorgeous little shop in Lewes, full of children's books, the lady was incredibly helpful with recommendations for different age groups and was overall a lovely person! Picture books for toddlers up to teen, young adult books. Definitely worth a visit!

A treasure trove of books for children from 6 months to 60 years and on. And always a helpful member of staff to help with suggestion if browsing doesn't lead to the right choice. Any child can settle down on little chairs and cushions and feel at home.

This shop is an absolute heaven for both parents and kids. Amazing selection of books for any age. Very friendly staff. A must visit place for every parent. The location is also very nice as after the shopping we can walk up the hill overlooking the town and have a read on a quiet grassy slope of the snow drop cliff.

Rachel was amazingly helpful in helping me get a last minute Christmas gift wrapped and posted, despite my complete inability to read and follow simple instructions. The service was amazing and Bag of Books was the only online store (including A*****) that had the book I wanted in stock and was able to deliver in time. Amazing quality and service - I am very lucky to live so close to such a brilliant local business. Thank you, Rachel.

I haven't read the book, however taking one look at the netflix series I was instantly glued to it. And the way this has been portrayed is absolutely on point, very very relatable, very adorable and very well done. Especially the ending of the story made me really emotional it was so nicely well done, all the more for me to start read the books.
