Lovely cosy pub great food and drinks at great prices Plenty of parking and outdoor seating are perfect for evenings with the sun Also stunning in the winter with the fires burning 🔥 ideal for a wedding with beautiful views or a drink after a stroll across the moors Live music evenings have always been great with an amazing atmosphere Staff are a 10/10 friendly service with a smile The hotel accommodation is definitely worth it. Hobbit huts look great and cosy. I would definitely recommend it for a visit and I look forward to trying the ploughman's platter !

We had a lovely meal at the end of our holiday. Wish we'd found this great place earlier in the week as we would've visited more! The view from the outdoor area is amazing. My youngest son says the chicken goujons were exceptionally good! Portions were large, fish and chips and cajun burger tasted amazing too. Great service from the friendly staff. Soft drinks were good value too.

Not only did they manage to squeeze us in last minute but the service was friendly and fast too. Great atmosphere and really great food. 10/10 for me. Dog friendly too!

Wir sind spontan nach einer Wanderung eingekehrt und wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Trotz einer Gesellschaft haben wir noch einen Tisch bekommen. Das italienisch inspirierte Essen war wirklich hervorragend, der Service sehr freundlich und schnell und das Ambiente toll. Wir kommen gerne noch mal!
