The dragon roll is amazing. Only thing that put me off was staff dropped a utensil on the floor and put it back in the food without washing it as he thought no one was watching. It also took the cashier 3/4 mins to acknowledge we were stood as they have a curtain they stand behind. Asides that dragon roll is a must try- probably my favourite in London. Hair and beard nets should be worn correctly as I’ve had a long hair in my food in the past. It’s takeaway only.

A Complete Disappointment - Standards Have Plummeted! I’ve been a loyal customer of this restaurant for a long time, and I used to rave about their food. Unfortunately, my recent experience has completely shattered my opinion. The food took over an hour and a half to arrive—ridiculously late—and when it finally did, it was nothing short of a disaster. Everything was watery, soggy, and barely edible. Even the sauce, which used to be flavorful, was completely bland. It's shocking how far the standards have fallen. What’s even more infuriating is their response to my complaint. Despite being a regular customer, they had the audacity to reject my refund request. This kind of service is unacceptable from any business, let alone one that used to pride itself on quality. It’s clear they no longer care about their customers or the quality of their food. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this place at all costs. If I could give zero stars, I would. This is not the restaurant I used to know, and I won't be coming back. Full blown food posing. Spent 40£ and whole family got sick. They need to be Inspected

Dropped in for a quick bubble tea, wasn’t sure it’d hit like the main bubble tea spots, but it was actually decent. Tried pushing the worker for a large (£5.85) for a fiver, 1 star off for that, but fair play, he stood firm and said it ain’t his shop. Settled for a regular black sugar – not bad at all.

Ordered the chicken bim bim bap for delivery. First bite there was a shard of bone. 2nd bite a massive bit of gristle. Disgusting. Put me off the entire meal. Probably would have been fine had they not used cheap and rubbish meat.

Rubbish! Last two orders, over 1hr and 40 min wait for food from South Woodford branch, I would collect but they publicly state they don't offer that option online. Not even the courtesy of an apology on either occasion. Guests for dinner ended up going to bed instead, what an embarrassment! Terrible service. Food is good, but not worth the wait nor worth being treated like I'm not a regular loyal customer.

My wife surprised me with Komes Bubble Tea, hoping to brighten our evening with something special. Sadly, it turned out to be a disappointment. The tea lacked depth and flavor, and the tapioca pearls were rubbery and uncomfortably chewy — far from the soft, satisfying texture you'd expect. What was meant to be a sweet gesture ended up falling flat. Regretfully, we won’t be ordering again.

Always enjoy my take aways from here - large portion sizes and always tastes so fresh. Highly recommend!
