Ordered via Uber eats. We live in flats, we have an intercom and they have my mobile phone number. They say their driver couldn't contact us (utter rubbish). He left our food on the floor outside the building, took a photo of it and sent me the photo. Needless to say, by the time i went down in the lift the food was gone. Would we want yo eat it anyway? A dog could easily have fouled on it. Neither Bento or Uber Eats will entertain the idea of a refund. Ive been made to feel the issue was my fault. Lost £40 and nothing to eat. No comebacks, their decision is final. I cannot disagree or dispute it. Its like theft. Please don't buy from them.

Food ordered from here has been late both times I ordered since they reopened - this time was 2 1/2 hours between ordering and food arriving and after a first call to the shop, they didn't pick up the phone - we assumed the food just wasn't coming after 2 hours

Wrong order and have no idea how to sort it out when you call them. Food portions are really small if you order the pick and mix bento (basically quarter portion sizes) and the food is bland.
