HUNNU Sushi & Bento

I went here multiple times while staying in the area for the tennis. Really polite, welcoming staff and atmosphere in here. Impressed with the variety of food options, with both hot food and of course, plenty of sushi to choose from. Decent value too for fresh food, especially by London standards. If I was being picky, I'd may suggest that the added vegetables for the hot food could be cooked through a tad longer, was a bit firm for my liking. Overall really nice, quiet, authentic Japanese food experience that's I'd definitely recommend.

An average place with just OK enough sushi. Spent over £20 for a box of salmon set and a "crab" roll with seaweed salad. It wasn't that fresh and tasty but at least I didn't get any poisoning.

Best price ive seen for sushi boxes , always taste fresh and delicious. Always clean when i come into the shop and very welcoming and friendly staff. Food gets made quick if not on the shelves

This place was nice - the girl behind the counter taking orders was really friendly, and the food was of good quality. I'd just suggest adding a bit more chicken to the chicken bento box, as it felt like it wasn't enough. However, the rest of the meal was really tasty.

Absolutely delicious! I really recommend eating at this place, their spicey tuna rolls and crispy salmon rolls are to die for!!! Their prices are also so much more reasonable than other mainstream sushi places. Staff were really friendly and we had great service when we sat in to eat 😁

My husband and I have started coming down for takeaway sushi recently in the evenings as we are local and we absolutely love it! The best sushi in town! The server is always super friendly and smiley and he always makes us feel so welcome, thank you for making our evening with your kindness and sushi Xx

What a lovely little sushi shop! Probably one of my favourite places to pick up a healthy meal. And on evenings when I work extra late Hunnu raises my spirits by selling their sushi half price just before closing. The people are truly wonderful. Sadly I have no pics of the yummy food as it's always polished off before I even think to snap one.

Pop by craving for Sushi, took one box of Sushi, and a packet of soy sauce is extra? Ok I’m desperate I’ll get it. I say I’m eating in, they don’t bother to tell me there is soy sauce already on the table before I pay. Mediocre quality food otherwise.
