Visited Wasabi for a quick lunch today. There are a variety of quick takeaways- both veg and non-veg. Its a self-help for food selection- and when you bill your food- the tiller quickly warms/prepares it for you. Its always extra hot- so good to find yourself a seating place. The staff were efficient considering the lunch hours- and very pleasant. Very nominally priced for a hearty hot meal. Loads of veggie options. Would visit again. :)

Ilona is always friendly and welcoming! Food is also good and tasty. Worth a try if you’re looking for a quick lunch while in Canary Wharf mall! :)

Fresh sushi abd staffs are friendly!

Wasabi bento boxes serves hot rice lunch boxes which kept me alive for the time there in canary wharf. Location is perfect and it’s only available for takeout options. Service is quick and accepts both cash and card which is a bonus for international travelers who might not have access to card options.

Great quick store with hot and cold stations. Sweet and sour chicken bento hot box, spicy chicken Tom yum soup and vegetable dumplings. Soup was taken in back and prepared but the rest was ready to go. Delicious and quick if I need a emergency snack. Not bad price wise either. I will be back! Nice guys working the shop too give me some other recommendations as well!

Customer service in and of itself naturally varies across the board in every industry, but I was pleased to be served by a staff member who appeared experienced and expressed a warm & helpful demeanour, despite it being super busy with a long queue. (This was especially noted as I recently experienced a traumatic customer service from another company.) I bought two meals and the staff placed them on top of each other in the bag, separated with a folded bag to prevent cross-condensation/leakage between the two meals which is a small thing but one that would make any customer that appreciates the details, very pleased - especially as I was going to take the food home! Utensils and napkins were not forgotten too. Student Discount was also accepted smoothly after showing the UniDays App (however the Free Miso is only accepted on Mondays). *No seats, it's takeaway only.*

Date of visit: 23rd July, 19:50 I had an unpleasant experience when paying by card. After the transaction, I asked for a receipt — which I believe is a basic right for any customer. However, the staff member seemed visibly upset and told me, “I need to ask people for it,” which I found confusing and unnecessary. I don’t understand why asking for a receipt caused such a reaction. It left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. I didn’t feel good being there and hope this can be addressed to improve future customer service.
