Wasabi Sushi & Bento

Loved the vegan crunchy mushroom crisps....hey were delicious! Got the vegan yasai roll set which hit the spot. Could have done with a bit more vegan protein but that's just me. Staff were friendly and it is a clean place.

The food here in Hammersmith is fresh and tasty, perfect for a quick meal at a fair price. The place is clean and convenient. The Nepali guy who works here is very kind, hardworking, and always greets customers with a smile. He really makes the experience better.

Really impressed with cleanliness of this restaurant and availability of food. Customer service was excellent, I was greeted with smile and even asked how was my day, after long journey with the train strike, cashier who served me, really brightened my day. Food also was great! Will definitely recommend and I will be back as well!!!

As usual, I went with my cousin to have a meal at the Wasabi establishment. I ordered a bento with chicken and noodles. I’ve never experienced anything like this before, so I calmly took my bento and began to eat. However, when I tried to bite into the chicken, my teeth started to hurt, and I could barely manage to bite into that unfortunate piece. It was very unpleasant and off-putting; the chicken was tough to chew, and I found that it was slightly undercooked inside. The noodles were bland, but I ate them because I didn’t want to waste the money I had spent. Unfortunately, I don't think I will be returning to Wasabi anytime soon.

It's a shame one of the best promotions they have ( 50% off after 10 pm) and they block everything on deliveroo besides the expensive platers. Not giving me the option to order anything else. I don't know if it's an isolated case or all the venues are doing this. Please assess this. Food is great and staff is also friendly. Just make it possible to order as well please.

This is my stop off when heading into the city. Good clean and spacious environment. They have a good selection of hot and cold food, staff have always been welcoming and efficient. The shelves are always freshly stalked up. I would appreciate if there was some thought to supply wooden cutlery as they do with chop sticks, can't bear seeing unused plastic spoons etc being thrown away. But generally l enjoy my food and experience eating here.

Ordered at 11am through Just Eat. Kept saying that it was 45 minutes to delivery. When I phoned an hour later, they said they hadn’t found a driver yet. I asked why didn’t it give me an option to cancel. So I asked Wasabi to cancel my order. They said they couldn’t. Wasabi should not be on Just Eat if they can’t fulfill orders. The lady on the phone also said it’s not their fault. It’s certainly not the customers! And they had the cheek to charge me after it turned up 3 hours late! Awful service

Quick, clean, healthy and affordable food! There are plenty of these franchise sushi branches around London. The Hammersmith one is spacious, clean and organised. They have cold and hot food to choose from. The sushi tasted fresh and delicious. They also cater for vegans! In the late afternoon they have 50% off hot/cold food. This means their food are made fresh and not kept for the following day. Also a win for customers walking home after work looking for a quick meal or budget travellers looking for healthy and affordable food in London.
