Wasabi Sushi & Bento

The chicken in the sweet chilli chicken yakisoba is always burned. I usually tell them I will bring bring it back it it's burned and dry but I take the food to the office and can't be bothered to get down again. Really not pleased. Ibwoul

I bought sashimi at 8:45pm and the salmon smelled awful. Fresh salmon should not smell of anything. They shouldn't be selling food that isn't even fit for eating at the time of purchase. Please take a second look at your supply chain and how you handle produce.

Quick service but not much flavour to the food. We had the sweet chilli chicken rice and noodle dishes. It is just convience food, nothing special.

Quick affordable meal. Location inside kings cross station. Bento boxes are a cool option if you want something warm to eat but every taste inside it is too much. Spice, chili, sugar everything is too much for my taste.

Good option if you are hungry. The prices are good and the service is okay and fast. But the display was a bit empty I guess because of the lunchtime rush. The place has plenty of indoor seating.

Please, do update your opening times on gMaps. You are literally next door to Google headquarters in London. 😂

Rude & unprofessional store manager or manager on shift 16/07/25 1.20pm. I visited this store last week & spent my hard earned money on food, subsequently i sat outside to eat my food and it was cold i left a review on the qr code on the box and was given a voucher by customer service. I went back today to use this £10 voucher the cashier after scanning the voucher 5 times said that she can see the £10 on the code but its not allowing her to remove it off the total, i then said please call the manager as he might need to authorise it the manager then arrives and first thing he says is ohhh your the one who complained? Then he tried to get my code to work a few attempts later it would not work then he says call customer service when he knows you can not call them you have to email them. He then arrogantly tells me I am sure you do not want to pay for these items so its best to call them with a smirk on his face: i am not sure what he was implying with that tone of voice but i can assure you I earn way more than he does and I can afford to shop there voucher or not 😃 As A manager there was no customer service or attempt to resolve the issue simply sending me away as if i was a burden I am so sorry that I was unhappy that I spent my money and received cold inedible chicken that made me want to puke hence the complaint. Anyway that is ok i took my hard earned money to Tortilla next door where the customer service is amazing i will never visit this store again Wasabi needs to do better and train thier staff on basic customer service all the other store staff are amazing apart from this ‘manager’ or so he is called🤣🤣🤣

Great place for healthy food. No need to wait, just go n grab ur food n pay. Lovely location, attentive staff, delicious food. Big bright space for seatings. Love the atmosphere with cool vibes. Recommend
