We stopped at the farmer's market when we drove through town, which was a delight since it made an easy decision to take a walk through town afterwards where we discovered some gems. My favorite part of the farmer's market were the mix of musicians, flower sellers (a modern day My Fair Lady memory), beekeepers selling honey, and they even had meat vendors mixed in your your staples of fruits and veggies. We were just travelling through, but we got a bouquet of flowers (we left the cute little bumblebees to do their thing) for our friends who hosted us in town before we walked downtown to check out the shops. We found Reverie Coffee (the best vibing coffee shop ever) and a great tobacconist. Great small town feel and we lucked out with beautiful weather.

Hadn't been here in a while and took the munchkin yesterday to grab some things. She chose a baguette and couldn't wait to have a nibble

The vendors at the farmer's market are terrific. The fresh produce is incredible. I also recommend the baked goods. Bring cash because not everyone accepts credit cards.

Of course, I shopped at my farmer's stand. We have a share in a CSA with #FairwindFarms. But I met a friend today. That's what I like about our farmers market. Food, plants, and friends.
