Nando's Milton Keynes

One of the best Nando's I've been to in the UK, better than all the London branches. The restaurant is big and there's a variety of lighting to contribute to a lovely dining atmosphere. Plenty of seats, great, attentive staff. We ordered using QR code no problem, and food came within 10 minutes. I ordered a half chicken and the caesar wrap - food was hot and delicious, just what we were craving after a tiring road trip. I'm glad there's another reliable place to eat at if I'm ever going through Milton Keynes :)

We had the most wonderful experience at Nando’s Milton Keynes Stadium today, and it was all thanks to Dana, our incredible server. We’ve been coming to this Nando’s for years as a family, but today’s visit was honestly one of the best we’ve ever had — and it’s entirely because of the way Dana took care of us from start to finish. From the moment we walked through the door, Dana greeted us with the warmest smile and genuine friendliness. You could instantly tell that she loves what she does and truly cares about her guests. She sat us down promptly, made sure our kids were comfortable, and took time to ask if we were happy with where we were seated — a small gesture, but it made a huge difference. Even though it looked like she was working mostly on her own and managing a very busy restaurant, she never once let it show. She stayed calm, cheerful, and completely in control, handling everything with such professionalism and grace. You could see how much effort she was putting in, but she made it look effortless — a true sign of someone who takes pride in their work. What stood out most was how personal and genuine Dana was throughout our visit. She wasn’t just serving tables — she was creating a lovely atmosphere around her. She spoke to us with such warmth and kindness, and she made us feel like valued guests rather than just another table. She took the time to check in with us often, made sure our food was exactly how we wanted it, and even noticed when our drinks were getting low without us needing to ask. Our food was absolutely perfect — cooked just right, served hot and fresh — and Dana made sure everything came out on time, despite how busy things were. When we thanked her, she was so humble and kind, saying she was just happy that we were enjoying ourselves. That really sums her up — she goes above and beyond without ever asking for recognition. Dana also has a natural way of making families feel at home. Our two kids adored her — she spoke to them directly, made them laugh, and treated them with the same respect and attention as us. That personal touch really meant a lot. It’s rare these days to meet someone in hospitality who makes such a lasting impression, but Dana genuinely did. We left Nando’s feeling grateful, happy, and uplifted — not just because the food was great, but because Dana turned a simple family meal into something truly memorable. Her energy, professionalism, and kindness set such a high standard for customer service. Dana is truly a credit to Nando’s and to the Milton Keynes Stadium team. She embodies what excellent service should be — personal, attentive, caring, and full of heart. We’ve always enjoyed coming here, but now we’ll be making a point to come back and ask for Dana every time we visit. Thank you, Dana, for going the extra mile for our family and for making our day so much brighter. I had a wonderful meal at Nando's MK stadium recently, and I have to give a special shout-out to the manager, Rebecca. From the moment we walked in, she was incredibly welcoming and attentive. Rebecca was constantly checking on all the tables, making sure every customer was happy and had everything they needed. She has a real talent for making you feel looked after. It's clear she takes great pride in her work and in making sure the restaurant runs smoothly and everyone has a great experience. Our food was delicious and came out quickly, and the atmosphere was fantastic, largely thanks to her positive presence. It’s not often you see a manager so hands-on and genuinely caring. Rebecca is a real asset to Nando's, and her hard work doesn't go unnoticed. We'll definitely be back!

The venue and service were nice. However, I've noticed a recurring issue at every Nando's I've visited in the UK: the entrance to the restrooms is too close to the dining area, which is a bit off-putting. Aside from that, Nando's is always a great option for families with children & chicken lovers.

Good sized Nandos, busy on a Saturday afternoon but we were welcomed and seated quickly. Food was good, served with a smile, we had a mix on the table, med salad, mac&chicken wrap, sunset burger and sides. All presented nicely. Lovely attentive manager, Dana looked after us throughout our meal, thank you 😊

Always great service, clean and fast. Can get really busy at peak times, but no complaints and if I’ve ever had any issues, their customer service is really good here and they deal with anything super professionally. Great nando’s branch for sure.

Outstanding Service from Danny and the Team in Nandos Milton Keynes We visited the Nandos Milton Keynes (Bletchley) store 27th October 25 recently, and even though it was extremely busy, the service we received was absolutely exceptional — all thanks to Danny. From the moment we walked in, Danny greeted us with a warm smile and a genuine welcome. He took the time to explain how everything worked, quickly found us a table even though the place was packed, pulled out the chairs, and made sure we were comfortable before seating us. He even got some colouring sheets from Becca, and Dana brought over books to keep our children happy — a small touch that made a huge difference. Danny’s professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail really stood out. He went above and beyond to make us feel valued as customers, and it’s rare to experience that level of care and hospitality these days. Danny is a true credit to the team and to the company — the kind of employee who deserves recognition from management. His warm and welcoming attitude turned what could have been a stressful visit into a genuinely enjoyable one for our whole family.
