Chick-fil-A

First time going to a chic fil a in almost 20 yrs, I asked for crispy club, I got a grilled club with zero bacon. Different sauces are good, but way to sweet . Pickles are delicious. After spending 38.57 and tipping couple dollars I would expect the most expensive item ordered to be correct. It wasn't and from the service I got calling and trying to get it fixed is not gonna be in my interest. ZERO out of 10 DON'T RECOMMEND.

Definitely the least effective Chick-Fil-A I’ve ever been to. It’s been open nearly a year now. For a long time, I thought it was just because it was new and everyone was learning. Almost a year in, it hasn’t gotten any better. The service is extremely slow, often food is not comparable to the usual Chick-Fil-A quality, and the majority of the employees don’t seem like they want to be there. I’m thankful Farmington has one, but I think they need to receive additional training from higher-ups because it is not the usual Chick-Fil-A experience.

While clocking out from nightshift I received an email that I was missed and an offer for complementary breakfast sandwich. I lived in the south for 15 years, no one does it better then Chick-fil-A!!!

Possibly the worst Chic-fil-a location I've ever visited. Employees appear agitated at best. Two consecutive trips I have been shorted food I paid for. It might just be the chain but in general food quality is way lower than even just last year at chic-fil-a. I'd visit Panera instead if you're hungry in Farmington.

Maybe it's just me, maybe I'm just having difficulty adjusting to the new higher prices/smaller quantity restaurants. Maybe I'm getting old. It's just I clearly remember the time when you got a fairly decent sized portion for a moderate price. I was unfortunately in a hurry and I needed something fast. Saw there was a Chick-fil-A nearby. Chicken sounded good. Ordered a 4 chicken tender meal. The drink was what I would consider a snall/medium. It was tea so pretty cheap to make, just saying. The fries were likely similar. The tenders were the equivalent of 2 in my opinion. I have zero complaints about the quality, service or anything else. Just the portion size for little over $12. I realize I can't change prices, but it directly affects how much I choose to eat out. I will say I'm at least happy to spend my money at a Christian business. Hopefully that still holds true. I do recommend, just a little pricey for the quantity-MVP

Same great chick fil a food, I was a little disappointed in the time it took for me to get my food. Only because this fast food chain is usually so speedy quick. It was probably an average wait time. Just a little slower here than other stores. Food was still hot and delicious though!

Food is always delicious. However, I hate you can't get your own refills. Every other Chick Fil A has someone going around asking if you need a refill. This location never has anyone in the dining area doing this except one lady named Becky whom sadly I never see anymore.

Have to give it these people! Very kind! Went in for lunch today (5-30-2025) I asked for a chicken wrap, but asked for crispy chicken on it, but they said it's just something they couldn't do. Cashier said I could always buy the 2 piece and do it and they may sound awful to some buy I don't mind the little extra on my end. The food was awesome! I did buy the 2 piece and of course I had to eat the grilled chicken and might just have leave on there next time because again it was awesome! The speed of the service was so fast I didn't make it to the trash can to throw away my straw wrapper! They were already calling my name! (Do yall have sonic making the food in the back?) Would recommend anyone that has not been here to come on by the food is very good, looks as if they have a artist putting it together for a photo shoot and again just delicious!!!!!!!
