I just finished my pre licensing class with Amanda Green and I can’t say enough, how awesome my experience was! The EXTRA time, thoughtfulness and care she has for all of her students is admirable. This definitely was the hardest thing I’ve ever done, but with dedication, a lot of studying and Amanda’s help and guidance I’m feeling very confident about taking the RE Exam!

I had an amazing experience with Badger Seminar, Amanda Green is hands down one of the best instructors there is, she’s really good at breaking down and throughly explaining subjects. I really do appreciate seeing an instructor go out of their way to provide many studying tools and ways to study.

I think this program is amazing and my instructor Amanda Green was the best. Not only did she offer extra help on her days off, she made sure we knew how to study and what to study. It’s a hard course and you get out of it what you put in. You will end the course ready to pass the very hard RE exam!

I recently had the pleasure of attending a pre-licensing class with Doug Sinclair at Badger Seminars. I cannot emphasize enough how valuable this course was in preparing me for the North Carolina Real Estate exam. Even though the class was through Zoom, Doug kept the class engaged with real-life examples. His vast knowledge and industry experience were evident. I would recommend Badger Seminars for anyone seeking a pre-licensing class that is engaging, effective, and ultimately leads to success on the NCRE exam.

I just completed this course with Amanda and I have learned so much! She was an amazing teacher who was always available for questions or clarification on a topic. I highly recommend this course, with her as a teacher, for anyone looking into this career path!
