We came to Orchard Park by David Burke for dinner tonight. It started well: the beef tartare was delicious, and the French onion soup was fine. But things quickly went downhill. We both chose the prime rib prix fixe and added a side of broccoli. The giant portions arrived on massive oval plates, more diner-style than fine dining. I'd much rather have a smaller portion of expectational food. The prime rib was overly fatty and mostly inedible, it was also near impossible to cut with the ridiculous knives they have - what happened to a standard serrated steak knife? We brought most of it home for our dog. My wife’s lobster potato side was very dry, and the broccoli was overcooked. The entire main course was a real letdown. To be fair, the evening redeemed itself slightly with a delicious key lime pie for dessert. For a restaurant that charges fine-dining prices, Orchard Park didn’t meet expectations tonight. The food quality, portioning, and service fell short. We really wanted to enjoy the evening, but unfortunately, we won’t be coming back. Overall, it felt overpriced, underwhelming, and not worthy of a return visit.

Overall: beautiful restaurant but food was disappointing. Went here for my partner's mom's birthday with the family. Decided to go out to a fancy place since we never really do. Settled on this restaurant that has an impressive design and has many elegant embellishments. However, once we got there, I'm sad to say that the rest of the experience was just disappointing. I ordered the cheese popper and the shrimp and spinach fettuccine. The cheese popper was honestly just meh, was like a standard puff pastry to me (just looks big and fluffy). The pasta was quite underwhelming. The presentation of the pasta was not giving high end. It was giving just slapped the pasta on the plate, like "here, damn." The taste of the pasta was genuinely mid - honestly tasted like I could find this pasta anywhere and I could probably replicate this at home. Another thing about my pasta - the menu said fettuccine and I definitely got something that looked like spaghetti ... but was told this was a "special fettuccine." Shrugs... maybe it's some special fettuccine that's out of my tax bracket. Service was also underwhelming. When I got to the restaurant to check in, the male host was not friendly when I arrived. The waiter was also just meh, he was not talkative or inviting. Just felt like he was there to do the minimum - which is not what I would expect from a seemingly high end establishment like this that charges high prices for their dishes. And they automatically applied a 20% tip to the bill... which I am not a fan of. Anyway, I cannot justify the crazy price of this place since the food was so mid. If you're looking for a place to eat that is beautiful and want to take pictures, come. But I would not recommend to come for the food.

Very Easy to find seating, service was fair but they didn't ask if we wanted second drinks right away. Menu is good, happy hour menu is also good. The drink menu is decent.

Fantastic Sunday brunch spot. Not crowded, delicious food with many interesting brunch cocktail and mocktail options. We had steak and eggs, bacon and egg pizza, avocados toast and cesar salad — all were fantastic. The vibe was upscale but very chill. They have a kids menu. Service was attentive and quick. We’ll be back.

Let me start off by saying this is the 4th time coming to Orchard Park. The atmosphere and the food was great but this valentines dinner was amazing because of our server ROB. He was so patient, explained the menu to us, showed exemplary service and customer service and just overall amazing and nice attitude. I will definitely be back to this restaurant and will request Rob as our server. Each couple that left for the night that he served, I could see they were very happy with his service. Rob is a 10/10 server.

We had a terrific dinner here. Everything we ate was fantastic: Clothesline Bacon Wedge Salad 20 oz Dry Aged Ribeye Branzino Carrot Cake Parfait Cocktails were also very good. I got the “Baby Got Back” bourbon cocktail that had a piece of bacon in it. Complemented the meal perfectly. Service was excellent. Atmosphere is perfect. Great place for a special night out.

I want to start by saying the food and our server were quite good. However, the seating arrangement left much to be desired. Despite the restaurant being only about one-third full, my husband and I were placed at a table directly facing the open kitchen door. The constant traffic of waitstaff and clatter of dishes was loud and distracting, significantly detracting from our dining experience. This was puzzling, especially since we had made a reservation. Adding to the disappointment, no manager checked in on us during our visit, even though we noticed management visiting other tables. When I expressed my concern to the hostess about our seating, she merely stated that the restaurant had many reservations. Yet, it was clear that several tables remained empty throughout the evening. As paying customers with a reservation, we couldn’t understand why we were assigned what felt like the worst table in the house. Orchard Park, you can do better. As regular patrons who enjoy your restaurant, we expect a more thoughtful approach to seating—especially when there are plenty of better options available. (For reference, I’ve included photos of our kitchen view and the empty tables nearby.)

I went for my birthday last year with a big group of people (10) we had reservations. Our server had a nasty attitude, mixed up orders and was not very forthcoming about the appetizers, sides and extras. So we would up order too much clothes string bacon for our group. It was very good but this was the only highlight. My steak ordered rare came out a bit charred and no pink what so ever. When I questioned I was confronted rather than taken care of. The flavor was not up to par with a steakhouse of this supposed caliber. Then came the dessert. I ordered the tin can cake, and our server complained saying it takes a long time to prepare. It’s my birthday, can I just get what I ordered? Sorry, for the price… the service was eh, the food was eh and the experience did not live up to the hype.
