Nōshi Restaurants

I recently visited and had a really nice time, we ordered drinks, 1 person wasn't sure about theirs - we were offered the chance to choose something else! The food was nice, portion sizes were reasonable and the food was served quickly. All the staff were friendly and kept checking on us. Overall it was nice meal, great atmosphere and great service, I wouldnt hesitate to visit again!

Great for the ambiance and vibe. The staff were also so helpful, tentative and ready with lots of recommendations - Ray and Abdul in particular were very attentive and provided good service.The drinks were AMAZING and most of the food tested fresh, flavourful and well balanced. Only let downs was waiting over 30 mins to get seated at our table despite having a reservation. However this wasn’t too much of an issue as we had a good time waiting at the bar area and were seated once we asked again.

I got a fabulous experience dining here, and I will star with the staff as it's very friendly and polite when talking with me as well very handy when asked for advice what to choose. Food was looking stunning and delicious (especially the desserts), I try few meals that I never tried before and was positively surprised. Big selection of drinks and cocktails that are a bit dangerous as they taste magnificent. The inside of the restaurant look very elegant and prestige with an Asian twist. Over all I had amazing experience and will definitely coming back soon.

We went for the second opening night and had been looking forward to it for ages, but unfortunately it was a huge let down. I am not one usually to leave bad reviews but all of the food (bar the banana dessert) was bland and average at best. Nothing looked like the instagram/website photos, or matched the descriptions. Sweet and sour chicken (pictured) was a totally different colour, most of the chicken wasn’t coated and mostly consisted of onions. Small portions for the price, we left hungry even though we ordered starters, mains, sides and desserts. When we arrived I could overhear the tables around us slating the food and I really tried to be positive and enjoy the experience but they were right. Staff were nice and welcoming, and I did enjoy the dessert but sadly that’s about it. Annoyingly they’d also ran out of bao buns (at 3pm on the second day?!) so didn’t get to try one of the main things we wanted. Can’t comment on the cocktails but I was glad to not have wasted any more money. The place had so much potential for Nottingham so I really hope the owners take all this feedback on board and things can improve.

Noshi more like No-Please! Atmosphere, ambience was the only thing pleasing at this new joint in Notts. We visited on the 21/10 tuesday, which is a weekday. We made a reservation for dinner to celebrate our anniversary. The food took almost an hour to arrive which ruined our movie plan that was after. The steak was not warm enough, appetisers were satisfactory. No value for money, for the price charged we were expecting something more than what was served. The staff was really kind and respectful. But our main disappointment was an hour late service and really mediocre food.

Lovely addition for Nottingham which gives Nobu vibes. Atmosphere is lovely, cocktails and food were very good! The lotus nachos were the star of the show! Our server Ray was brilliant too!

Wow. Just wow. Greeted by a lovely hostess to be led up beautiful marble stairs where all the staff greeted us with smiles . The food was absolutely wonderful with speedy service , constant check ins and amazing presentation of the dishes . I work in hospitality myself and have for 5 years and everyone there just made us feel so welcomed and all the staff from kitchen to floor are wonderful . We had the scarlet blaze , velvet eclipse for drinks with complimentary water and prosecco. For our small plates we had bao buns and chicken skewers which were TO DIE FOR . For our large plates we had the wagyu sirloin served on a salt block and the lobster tempura with a side of the fried wok sweet potato and the Singapore slim noodles . Will definitely be coming back for our anniversary . If you need a new place to go dine in Nottingham , this is it.

I went with one of my friends for one of the soft launch events and I thoroughly enjoyed the food. I’m vegan and there are plenty of options! The restaurant itself is beautiful and very insta-worthy! Highly recommend!
