Mimi's Pizza

Coming from NY, my expectations were pretty high. Ohio is not known for pizza but at Mimi’s I was pleasantly surprised. The crust was crispy and chewy and the mozzarella cheese wasn’t bad at all. We ordered the veggie and cheese pizza. We got back to our hotel half an hour later and it was still crispy. Kudos to the pizza chef!

Thin authentic style crust. The cheese and sausage are so delicious. Large variety of ready made available to sell by the slice. Always welcoming. Give it a try!!!

Stopped here after my son's baseball game nearby. Not from the area but have been hearing wonderful things about Mimi's. The service was amazing and the food was delicious. While we sat and ate our yummy pizza, Mimi herself struck up a conversation with us, and later brought us a fresh bowl of sausage and peppers, completely complimentary. We would definitely make the 40+ minute drive for more Mimi's!

Amazing New York Style! The hot honey pepperoni is a 10 out 10. The owners were also very nice, and fun to talk with while we waited for our pizza and salad. The pizza is very authentic and great quality ingredients. Definitely a great home made mom and pop pizza shop! Definitely coming back!

Absolutely our favorite pizza spot in the area period. I’ve been going to them since they opened. Their Hot Honey pepperoni pizza is the best! I’ve only had one mix up since going there, and they completely made me a new pizza. Great job and great customer service! We’re lucky to have a small business like you guys in the area!

I was influenced by a tiktok video to try this place out. Absolutely love it! The pizza is delicious and the combos are a great value. I love that they have pizza by the slice. The slices are massive and perfectly cooked. The staff is great too. The two gentlemen working before the car show on 7/12 were super nice and I enjoyed chatting with them. I definitely will be returning!

Best New York Style Slice / Pie in town!!! Not only is the pizza amazing, but all their other food from salads to apatizers and sandwiches are to die for! With fresh ingredients, you can't go wrong! Weekly walk-in food specials like pork chop dinners, lasagna, tortellini soup! There is something for everyone! I have just about tried everything on the menu and have to say everything is delicious! If you get a chance to meet Nick and Mimi, they will treat you like family and make sure you don't leave hungry! 5/5 will always come back!

We ordered from Mimis for the first time during CLE Pizza week and were extremely impressed! Food, service and the atmosphere were all fantastic. We ordered the 14 inch white Margarita pizza, 14 inch pepperoni pizza, and two cannoli. My short review is: if you are looking for a simple thinner crust pizza that's not like a cracker with quality ingredients that comes out of a clean kitchen from a friendly staff. Then look no further! My longer, honest and thorough review from a former restaurant manager is as follows: The Service: We ordered on the last day of pizza week for them which happened to be a Saturday night. So I expected it to be busy. They were having technical issues that online orders did not print. Due to that I ended up waiting an extra 20 minutes past my pickup time. The staff was super apologetic and I understood that it was out of their control. While I waited the owner came out and apologized profusely. We had a pleasant conversation then she went back and prepped my cannolis fresh. The Atmosphere: It was a busy Saturday and they were killing it! The staff remained positive and upbeat. The majority of who I saw were younger guys but they seem to genuinely get along and enjoy working together. Coming from the service industry I notice the details and from what I could see everything looked clean, there were no foul odors, and I witnessed proper hand washing intervals and procedures throughout the time I waited. The Food: when ordering pizza here you have to keep in mind that it is New York style pizza. It's a thinner crust, not a lot of sauce. That said, the red sauce on the pepperoni pizza was fantastic! It was well balanced, not too sweet or acidic. The crust had a good flavor and was cooked perfectly. The white marg was great! The cannoli filling was a little on the softer side but had a really good flavor, the shell was crunchy but not super brittle. Overall a 10 out of 10! This is a small family-owned business and after talking with the owner for a good part of the time I waited, it was clear that it's one of those businesses that you can't help but root for!
