Guy serving me #Pause, seemed to be new, several times I had to repeat what I wanted but this wasn't really a issue. My issue is the food portion I received even after asking if I could have a little more. They need smaller bowls if these are the portions they serve. I feel disrespected ordering with a man appetite and receiving a kids meal. I almost walked out but was too hungry 😩

Great portions got double meat, they even put the tortilla in foil carefully instead of wrapping it all up. Addicted to burritos I was so relieved to see all the food was fresh and amazing and they have a bunch of good sauces and the people there were really nice thank you!

They do fantastic food at this location. They are generous with portions, extremely kind, prompt, and make you exactly what you ask for. 10/10 absolutely love this location

The staff was very kind and inviting followed by an out of this world burrito! I would always go to this location if I lived closer to it. Hot head burritos never disappoints;

I don't know if the guy that served me was having a bad day or if it was just me that he didn't want to deal with. I was given toddler portions of food and toppings. I had very very little chicken. I did not get to experience any of the sauces. I feel sorry for anyone who is trying this place for the first time and does not get an explanation on how things go. I have always preferred Hot Heads over Chipotle but at least you put late does not give me toddler size portions. So because of my experience today on April 13th I'm giving no stars.

I payed 14$ for a dry "wet" burrito with rice. My toppings add ons where there. But not enough to call it a serving. It was more of a contamination. Like enough to know they read the ticket. But also enough to feel like they just wanted to ruin my day. This has honestly become the snapping point for me ordering delivery anywhere. I'm tired of feeling robbed. I would be honored if you would be my pallbearer to let me down one last time. This was such a let down that I'm going to go hang out with Anthony Bordan. My expectations were so low. Yet, I was still disappointed. This isn't really a review anymore. I'm just hoping that these words waste as much time and money for your location as you did mine. The hours worked to earn the dollar. To then give it to you. And then this as the result. I might as well gave an Indian call center access to my bank account. I have more trust in a homeless junkie house sitting. I can't believe I used to brag about how awesome Hot heads was.

where is my meat? Like how can you forget to put steak meat in the bowl and no plastic ware or napkins. For online orders, they really like to mess it up. Never coming back again.

Update 01/07/23 They have great fresh food and get you through the line quickly. I really like the options on the menu. Today the bag of chips was 90% crushed and better as trash than eating.
