My recent visit to the Lucky Inn was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with an atmosphere that can only be described as a chaotic blend of outdated decor and a complete lack of hygiene. The staff, oblivious to the concept of customer service, seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than attending to patrons. As for the food, it was a culinary disaster. The menu promised a variety of dishes, but what arrived at our table resembled a sad attempt at culinary art. The flavors were not just bland; they were practically nonexistent. It felt like the chef had given up on any semblance of taste or quality. To make matters worse, the hygiene standards left much to be desired. The tables were sticky, the utensils were questionably clean, and the restrooms were a horror show. It's astonishing how a place like this can pass health inspections. In terms of ambiance, the Lucky Inn seemed trapped in a time warp, clinging desperately to a bygone era without any regard for updating or maintaining its facilities. The outdated furniture and worn-out carpets contributed to an overall sense of neglect. Save yourself the agony and steer clear of the Lucky Inn. There are countless other establishments that value their customers, cleanliness, and culinary craftsmanship. This place is a culinary catastrophe waiting to happen.

Food was bland with sweet and sour tasting off mainly sour with no sweetness and the honey chilli chicken being bland and extremely chewy like an old boot. Sat in and the food was lukewarm, will not be back ever.

Mostly satisfactory but let down by some really overcooked onion rings (which they removed from the bill). King Prawn Rendang was very tasty. Chicken chow mein was bland and a little dry. Duck pancakes were delicious.

First time trying here tonight, I had a couple of queries before I ordered and the lady on the phone was so polite and helpful! It was a very good price, delivery was so quick & the food was still piping hot when it arrived! Food was absolutely unbelievable & I'll most definitely be ordering again 😋

First time in years I stopped here for a takeaway, ordered special fried rice, chicken green pepper & black bean sauce with fried rice, tasteless is all I can say

Just got a takeaway from here. One of the orders was a Gravy chip with peas. The gravy was so watery, we had to make our own to thicken it up. Chip really undercooked, Peas scarce as well. Rest of order was ok. You shouldn’t have to make up gravy after paying nearly £22. Disappointed.

I got chicken Szechuan and the next morning I was throwing up and diarrhoea! I ended up in the SWAH and the Dr diagnosed me with gastroenteritis! I couldn’t even keep a drink down and going to the toilet was like turning the tap on! I didn’t eat anything else so it was what I got here! That was 3 weeks ago and I am still not feeling good! If you care about your health don’t eat anything from here
