I stayed in the abbey guest house on queens street I’d just like to thank Loraine and pat made us feel very welcome. I was traveling with my mother and young baby so Loraine gave me a very spacious room for the travel cot. As a housekeeper I usually find things wrong but I could not fault my room pat does a great job. Also there is kitchen facilities what was very helpful, location was perfect shops literally up the road walking distance. If I was to return to Peterhead I’d definitely go back!

I was in Peterhead to work on an outdoor three week project. Having somewhere to come back to rest and eat was a priority and to my delight, the company could not have chosen a better place to stay. Walking into my room I was immediately struck by the comfortable furnishings and how well everything had been chosen. The guest house has five bedrooms - two downstairs and three upstairs and an excellent bathroom on each floor. There is also a well-equipped kitchen which contains everything you need for cooking and storing as well as a washing machine/dryer. ||||A further bonus is how quiet the rooms are. You can barely hear anything including traffic outside or other residents.||||The location is good as just across the road is a Co-operative store and a three minute walk is a Morrison's Supermarket. If you wish to eat in a restaurant or have a drink in a pub, then the main street is a fifteen minute walk.||||The beds are made every day (except weekends), and the bathrooms and kitchen are made spotless. I would certainly have no hesitation in going back and if another work project arose I would specifically request a room at the Abbey Guest House.
