Have been here many times but just not as nice as usual. The fry is usually lovely but this time not so great but will definitely give another chance.

Rude staff. After a journey from Dublin I stopped at the shop to use the toilet and was told by numerous shop staff I could use the one in this cafe. I walked in no problems but on exiting a woman sat at a table was gruff in telling me toilets were for paying customers only. Maybe if I was greeted on entering the building and told this or if there was signage to display this "policy" would work better. They need to communicate with the shop staff as they are sending customers to the cafe for use of toilet. A lovely weekend in Dublin brought to a real downer. Will ensure I tell everyone to avoid this place.

I ate here today 1/8.. I was really hungry,tired and a bit fed up. The woman that served was was absolutely lovely. I queried the sandwich price and she reassured me she would take care of me! I had an amazing egg salad sandwich! I could hardly finish it! She brought me a tea (evethough id cancelled it) Saying ach you need a tea with a sandwich! She was lovely. Really friendly and very personable! Sorry I didn't get her name! Ps. I was the woman who had to put her card in! Hair up, glasses. Odd accent! Lol. I came out feeling better than I went in. Thank you so much
