Absolutely amazing service!!!! For the past week or so my ears have been totally blocked. I called into the pharmacy to get advice and I was immediately given a consultation where I was told that my ears were totally blocked with wax. Thinking I would have to make an appointment I was told that it could be done there and then. Wow!!! What a difference it made. The only downside, I can now hear that annoying squeak again in my car haha. I would definitely recommend this service. Cornie (hopefully spelt correctly) went above and beyond during the whole process, she explained everything clearly and gave me sound advice.

I dropped off a prescription on Tuesday morning and they did not have the medication in stock. I was told that they would order it and deliver it the next day. I heard nothing on Wednesday and the medication was not delivered. I called Thursday morning and was told it would be delivered as a priority today. I have had to call five times this afternoon before someone answered the phone to then be told it was not down for delivery. This is a real shame as I have previously received excellent service here.

I required a number of compression sleeves to treat my Lymphedema. I liaised with the pharmacist Anessa, who liaised with Germany as I required them in a few weeks as I was going on a long trip in Europe. Aneesa did her upmost, but unfortunately they couldn’t be delivered in time. However I received a phoned from Anessa today to say they had arrived after she put on an urgent request. I am absolutely delighted, having the compression sleeves whilst I am away will make a significant difference to my health and well being. Anessa has been absolutely superb, and I am so very grateful.Also I would like to also say all staff at Arc are always friendly and do their very best to help in all situations.

I booked a covid jab via the nhs 2 weeks in advance Finish work early unpaid and arrive on site to be told they have none left No communication from them to cancel That's why you book so it's waiting for you

This pharmacy has dropped its standards so much, used to be great, but now an hours wait to collect a preorder prescription. And when you dare to say that’s not very good, the managers shouts across the room, it’s an hours wait or go somewhere else!, sorry but with that attitude I will take my business elsewhere! Been using for a lot of years, but something has changed in the last three months. I have made a complaint to head office, but take a tip and as the staff suggest go somewhere else! Just an update went back at 3pm, queued 15 mins to get in, not ready be a couple of minutes, ops no stock need to order, so can’t collect until Tuesday. I would not have been happy to sit for an hour, to find no stock, so no one had looked at my prescription for four days!, No service, no care, and a terrible attitude!

Fantastic!! Called in on spec to discuss a medication side effect. Lady on the counter was so polite and welcoming. The Pharmacist was so reassuring. Sat me in a private room- didn’t feel rushed. Listened to and addressed my concerns. Felt great and reassured leaving. Absolutely great. Can’t recommend enough

Always in disarray & short staffed The issues of missing items are so bad that as a customer I am preempting & taking steps such as putting my prescription into the doctors 10 days before required. The queues are always long in the shop so I have opted for delivery. However, that always needs a telephone chase & today when it finally did arrive 3 items were missing. So yet another phonecall, some items out of stock & others coming tomorrow. Good job I work from home because you have to wait in. My husbands experience has been even worse, prescription arrives with missing items, then it is up to you to chase & follow through because they don't automatically send them out, when they are finally in stock. In a nutshell, they look very badly organised & it seems as if they are firefighting all the time. Time to get some pharmacy inspectors in!
