Sushimania St Albans

We stopped by for an early dinner and went with the open sushi menu. You get 1.5 hours to order as much as you like from a wide selection of appetizers and sushi. Don’t expect elaborate specialty rolls, but all the classic makis and favorites are there, and the quality is solid…not Michelin star, but definitely hits the spot when you’re craving sushi. Portions are generous, and although a couple of dishes were missed from our order, it was a busy day and overall service was still quick and friendly. Ordering is done through their website, which is easy to use with clear pictures, descriptions, and the option to customise. The restaurant itself is spacious and comfortable, making it a pleasant spot to relax and enjoy a meal. The best part is the value…the bottomless sushi is very affordable, and their set menu is 50% off every day of the week, which makes it a great deal.

Went here for lunch on Friday for the 50% deal. The staff were helpful, we accidentally ordered 2 of a dish and they were able to take it off for us. We enjoyed the miso aubergine, prawn and avo and chicken katsu and avo dish. For the first time we tried the salmon teriyaki dish which was delicious. I would recommend but if you are coming for the 50% off deal book a table as a lot of the school kids come here and it can get busy quick.

We had an amazing experience at Sushimania! Everything was delicious and the food was fresh too. I recommend this place to anyone who is interested in visiting.

Always my favourite go to when comes to sushi to comfort my belly. If you are going during dinner time, recommend to make reservation as they may even be quite busy on weekdays.

very attractive menu options and friendly staff. Food is delicious

Absolutely loved this sushi restaurant! The food was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The cleanliness of the place really stood out — everything was spotless and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys quality sushi in a welcoming and clean environment!

Lovely Japanese restaurant 3 minutes walk from the centre of St Albans. You can either order from the a la cart menu at 50% off or go for eat as much as you like. We cannot eat that much so we always go for the a la cart menu. There is a 10% service charge added to the bill. The restaurant is modern and very nicely decorated. The staff are very friendly. The food is well presented, fresh and very nice. Highly recommended.

They do very good sushi, staff are polite and service is generally pretty fast. The online ordering system makes it easy to order food to your table promptly. Though if we order tap water, quite often it doesn't come and it takes a couple attempts at asking the waiter to get it, but that is the only issue which doesn't stop us from returning. It is just a minor inconvenience. Overall it is a great place to eat and unwind.
