Kohl's

While I always shop a certain cosmetic brand at Sephora/Kohls, there was no sales person in the department but the Store Manager stepped in to finish the sale! Very competent, professional and knowledgeable! My stop at Kohl's went very well!

Unless you find a really good deal, it’s pretty much not in my shopping bracket. That’s why it is mostly a less frequent store now with more and more people in the clearance aisle. While I get the argument over import taxes and growth profits, it still doesn’t explain how in times of enormous inflation, fabric made in developing countries is becoming more and more expensive but that’s just my opinion. Maybe a lot of people love Kohl’s, that’s your thing. As a consumer, I’d rather go to other stores.

At first glance I thought the place was out of Business. The lawn needed a cut, even though there is not much lawn. Trees and bushes needed trimming. Trash cans not attended to. I was shocked to see this store outside looking that way!! I wish I had a photo to share.

Watch what price your charged. Two of five items were not as sign on rack indicated. Two others required a coupon to receive listed price. Cashier was not helpful nor interested in answering questions. Kohl’s needs to do better!

Was shopping for my grand kids. She was so helpful by giving each one their own bag of clothes. They were super excited. Thank you.

Clean well managed store , could use some more mens casual clothing and shoe choices .

This is normally a nice store to shop, but the stock had been picked over and there was a particular shortage in women's medium sizes. I was able to get the kind of gifts I wanted at a good price, but had to look very hard to find what I wanted. Many display shelves were almost empty. I know that this was in part due to being a week before Christmas.

I proceed to register in my purchase was a bit of perfume that the register would not except saying item wasn't found.A manager was called & said she didn't know.A Sephoria associate was called iver,she didn't know because she said she was a new hire.The manager suggested she give the customer some samples to satisfy customer.In the meantime cashier had me swipe Kohls card for my rewards.She then proceeded to ring up samples without me realizing.Upon bringing my bags inside of my home I opened to hang my garments up and saw the small bag of samples.When manager said can we satisfy customer with some free samples I thought it meant just that " free samples" but it wasn't the case.It said on the bag itself $35 or $30.I took it back and got " Why did you think it was free,why did you wait 2 days too bring it back? I explained everything & got no where.No store credit,no return to my Kohls card Nothing!
