Bento

Thanks to the Chef and waitress, such an amazing team work spirit resulting in amazing food and desserts. We arrived Sunday afternoon, they were closing the kitchen, and we overheard the girl told him 4 more, and he kindly said, yes let's do it, in such inspirational way, the chef served to us, and the girls were so so kind as well. Back to the food... It was delicious 😋 and like homemade and the cakes, were delicious as well.

A Wonderful Find in Winchester! Bento Factory is a true gem nestled close to the heart of Winchester. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm and friendly welcome that sets the tone for a fantastic dining experience. The location is ideal—just a short stroll from the city center—and the choice to dine indoors or outside in the charming sun trap adds to the relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere. The food is absolutely delicious, with rich aromas and beautifully presented dishes that taste as good as they look. Every bite bursts with fresh, authentic flavor, making it clear that quality is a top priority here. Whether you’re stopping by for a casual lunch or a relaxed evening meal, Bento Factory delivers every time. Highly recommended!

The service at the counter was friendly while placing our order, and they were very attentive once our food arrived at the table. I love the outdoor seating; unfortunately, we couldn’t secure a table outside as it was quite busy. The pastries and sweet treats looked delightful in the display as we ordered. We tried the chicken bibimbap, spicy chicken kimbap, and their Vietnamese coffee. The kimbap was served promptly, but it arrived cold. The bibimbap featured fresh, flavorful chicken thighs. The Vietnamese coffee was the best I’ve ever had—strong and sweet, creating a perfect balance.

Wonderful food, most especially the pork ramen, kimchi dumplings, and the Swiss rolls (special mention to the strawberry one!). The cookies (which they make fresh everyday) are delicious! The staff are really helpful and friendly as well!

I highly recommend Bento! The atmosphere is cosy, and the staff team is always friendly and welcoming. Their Yaki Udon, Salmon Futomaki, and Swiss rolls are must tries. Their drinks menu is also impressive, with refreshing options that perfectly complement the meal. Whether you are in the mood for a fruity tea or a creamy milk-based drink, there is something for everyone. BTW I really love their Tiramisu Swiss rolls ❤️❤️❤️. If you are looking for a great Asian restaurant with delicious food and drinks, this is the place to go!

My mum and I stopped here for lunch on Sunday and I can certainly confirm everything was fantastic. We had the fried rice, pork and shrimp gyoza, sesame latte and the Vietnamese cold brew- it was all superb. The portion sizes are really good and the fact that they handmade their dumplings puts them a step above other eateries I have visited. The staff were so welcoming and the overall vibe was lovely; I’ll be coming back!

Went first time as this independent family run restaurant was recommended by work friend. Portions are huge, very good sushi and good choice of vegetarian menu. Busy place but very clean as tables are cleaned straight away after guests finnish eat. Friendly place, authentic cuisine as you can see most of customers are Asians backgrounds ( it means good and tasty food). Fresh ingredients in every dish. I loved there a matcha latte and jasmine tea. Definitely go again

Really lovely place to eat, I had the Tonkotsu ramen which was delicious. The chill beef dumplings were also brilliant.
